FEED MILL MANAGER-Manufacture feed in full line feed mill. Will oversee
maintenance, safety, OSHA compliance, grain department and warehouse. 3
plus years hands-on in full line feed mill. Should be familiar with
pelletting. Does NOT want integrated feed mill experience. Must be
an assistant manger or better and have supervisory experience. Education

FEED PLANT SUPERINTENDENT-Production operations of this full line (all species)
feed mill. Includes mineral blocks, pelleting, bag and bulk feeds, etc.
Will supervise approximately 20+ people. Desire 2 – 5+ years experience in
full line feed mill. Would like experience in bag, bulk, pelleting and
blocks or as many of these as possible. Degree first choice. Salary

SALES REPRESENTATIVE-Will call on Tractor Supply (TSC) stores, dealers and
develop new dealers selling a full line of feed. There is existing
business in the territory. Should have 3 years experience calling on TSC
type stores, feed dealers and developing new dealers. Prefer degree but
open. $40,000 + incentives, estimate f$50,000 first year. Southwest
