producers to utilizing Cargill’s full range of agronomy products, services and
resources. Business to business sales experience calling on farmers,
selling agronomic products and plans. Requires strong customer service,
communication and listening skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4 year degree or equivalent experience. Salary mid $40’s plus $20-$30

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES-Focus on selling a Organic products to wholesale
distributors supplying mass merchants & independents. 7+ years
successfully hiring and managing sales personnel and management in
All-Natural/Organic agricultural products. Will consider this experience
in the inorganic arena. Includes meeting/exceeding sales quotas, profit
objectives and forecasting growth. Should be creative with high
initiative/knowledge/experience with pre-existing relationships with mass
merchants, wholesale distributors. Prefer a degree. $125-140,000
